We had great flying this last weekend. Each day was different but some thermic flying as well as valley release (smooth afternoon ridge soaring) . Two of our paragliding basic license course students completed their practical requirements, reaching 35 flights and many more hours than the minimum of 4 hours required for the license.
We had some great paragliding this weekend. Saturday and Sunday were both soarable with low cloud. On Saturday cloud base was around 400m above take off. On Sunday it was much lower sitting halfway up the peaks at 150m above take off. Students Morgan Mark and Brandon, currently on paragliding courses with us, logged many flights.
