We've had a lot of low clouds and drizzle the last two days. Students Chris and Craig have still logged quite a number of flights at a site called Sun City. We try to make the best of what the weather gives us. Tomorrow will be clearer and it looks like it will be a lovely day for paragliding, especially in the afternoon.

The weather has been really good for paragliding this last week. Yesterday Hans, Ernst and Helmut went to Lundies Hill and flew there while Shutty and his guys were flying at Centocow. On Saturday we had light South East conditions with good lift under the clouds. Friday was also great flying from midday onwards at Bulwer. A front came through on Thursday bringing 20mm of rain. Apart from that if was flyable every day last week. We've had quite big thunderstorms come through some afternoons.
We had a nice day yesterday with light conditions but soarable in the afternoon. Today cloud base was a bit lower so we went paragliding at Sun City the flying was great there.
We've had some nice paragliding weather this week with soarable conditions and storms in the afternoon.
Sue Ellen and Nadia had lovely tandem flights with Hans today at the Map of Africa in Wilderness.
We've had some great paragliding in Wilderness. The map of Africa worked today and yesterday.
It was a nice morning at Bulwer students Kaisu and Robert got some flights and toplandings in. Some experienced pilots flew for hours. The wind picked up and we did quite a bit of parawaiting. Kaisu and Robert got one more flight each and had to do quite a lot of bigears to come down as there a big thundercloud was building towards the North.
Yesterday our students had nice flights and top landings at Bulwer. Flying ended early with thunderstorms building up. Suddenly there was a lot of lift, which meant it was time to pull in big ears and go and land. An epic storm came past a bit later with swirling cloud, strong wind, and a lot of lightning. Today there is 100% high cloud cover with very calm conditions and a light East wind. Wednesday and Thursday looks like it will be good at Bulwer, maybe some storms in the afternoon.
It was a perfect day for running around on the slopes learning to pull up a glider. New students Robert and Kaiso from Norway and Finland logged two flights each. The morning started off with light rain. It cleared up quite early and we had a good training day.
