The launches this morning at the top of the landing field were effortless. A nice still morning at Bulwer.
It was light today with a thermals over the landing field. Hans made it to 360m above takeoff. Not quite like last Sunday with epic convergence flying with 7m/s climbs and averaging 4.2m/s.
We had some nice paragliding on Sunday and Monday. Conditions were a bit stable but the valley release came through in the afternoon.
We've had a lot of low clouds and drizzle the last two days. Students Chris and Craig have still logged quite a number of flights at a site called Sun City. We try to make the best of what the weather gives us. Tomorrow will be clearer and it looks like it will be a lovely day for paragliding, especially in the afternoon.

The weather has been really good for paragliding this last week. Yesterday Hans, Ernst and Helmut went to Lundies Hill and flew there while Shutty and his guys were flying at Centocow. On Saturday we had light South East conditions with good lift under the clouds. Friday was also great flying from midday onwards at Bulwer. A front came through on Thursday bringing 20mm of rain. Apart from that if was flyable every day last week. We've had quite big thunderstorms come through some afternoons.
